My approach to therapy is grounded in my authenticity and deep respect for clients’ insight and perspective. You have strengths and resources, perhaps unknown, that can drive meaningful healing and change. I specialize in treating trauma and stress disorders from a person-centered approach. Treating trauma and stress isn’t one item on a long list of specialties. This is what I do, period.

I employ body-focused therapies, including EMDR, in a collaborative framework to heal relationship difficulties, problems with strong emotions, and trauma that undermines aliveness and opportunity. I enjoy helping people with acute stress/burnout originating in the workplace (nurses, first responders) or from a variety of impairing chronic illnesses.

Your insights and wisdom derived from your unique life experience stay front and center throughout our work. I bring to the table warmth, deep listening, and clinical skills that have transformed lives. Let's have a conversation where you can see whether I feel like the right fit for you. Reach out today to schedule a free consultation. You are worth it!

Do you:

  • Feel stuck in patterns that don't make sense?

  • Feel plagued by shame you can't explain?

  • Believe you don't deserve good things, even when the universe tells you otherwise?

  • Suffer anxiety or depression that didn't improve with medication or previous therapy?

These are just some of the many faces of post-traumatic stress. I work with people suffering trauma from adverse childhood experience, professionals (nurses, other healthcare workers) experiencing chronic stress from demanding workplace environments, and those suffering grief and loss.

I enjoy working with people struggling to cope with chronic illness, and I have an affinity for people who identify as LGBTQ, and welcome people who identify as trans or trans curious.
